Child emotional wellbeing

Helping children understand big feelings.

Emotional regulation is a skill, not a character trait. With the right support, children can learn to notice, name and manage what they feel — and grow in confidence as they do.

Areas we focus on

Building the foundations of wellbeing.

  • Regulation

Coping strategies that help children return to calm.

  • Emotional awareness

Noticing and naming feelings in the body and mind.

  • Resilience

Bouncing back from setbacks with support.

  • Confidence

Believing in what they can do.

  • Social skills

    Communication and connection with others.

  • Anxiety

Understanding worry and making it more manageable.

Our way of working

Creative, relational and child-led.

Children often express what they can’t yet say through play, art and movement. Our sessions use creative and sensory activities in a safe, predictable environment.

We work alongside parents too — because co-regulation at home is one of the most powerful tools a child has.

Get support

A brighter path begins together.

You do not have to wait for crisis to ask for support. Tell us a little about what is happening and we will help you find the right next step.
