Empathic Educators — Bridging Mental Health and Education

Our impact

Small steps. Meaningful change.

We want every claim we make to be one we can evidence. Our evaluation framework records where each family begins, the support they receive and what has changed.

Verified figures will be published here after our first six-month snapshot. Until then we show the outcomes we measure, not invented numbers.

Evidence sources

How we gather evidence.

A simple baseline → intervention → review model, combining numbers with lived experience.

  • Pre- and post-support questionnaires
  • Parent feedback
  • Child voice and feedback
  • Individual support plans
  • Attendance data
  • Referral data
  • Case studies
  • Practitioner observations
  • Six-week reviews
  • Partner feedback

Case studies

Stories, shared with consent.

Anonymised case studies and testimonials will appear here once families have given written consent for their stories to be shared. We will never publish identifiable details about a child.
